3 Simple Steps to Repair Your Item

With our new state of the art facility, we are able to offer a variety of services. To expedite your repair please call our New Mexico headquarters at (505) 814-7080 to obtain a ticket number. However, you can fill out everything online and either drop the item off at our Albuquerque Office or ship it directly to our warehouse for repair.
Step 1 Select your item for repair: If it's during business hours please call us at (505) 814-7080 and we will walk you through the process or use the Chat Now function to connect with one of our representatives to obtain a Service Request Number. This will expedite your repair. If it is after hours simply, select your item and once you complete Step 2 you will receive a Service Request Number the following business day.
Step 2 Sign via eMail on your Phone, Tablet, or Print:
Once you have selected your item for repair, you will be directed to our secure online form. This must be filled out before bringing in your unit for repair. The form will prompt you to describe the item and details of the condition of your unit. If you need this emailed to you for approval or to access it via a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android) please call our office so we can email you a direct link. Most items are repaired within 24-48 hours of receipt unless otherwise specified. For rush services or special order parts please call ahead.
Step 3 Drop Off or Ship item: We service all of the United States, but specialize in Albuquerque and the Tri-State area. To best serve all of our customers we have built a warehouse only 30 miles outside of Albuquerque, NM for these specialized repairs. If you are in the Albuquerque area simply print out the above documentation, package your item and drop it off to our friendly office staff according to the instructions on Step 3. For expedited service you can to ship Directly to our Warehouse. Simply select Direct to Warehouse and print the USPS label. Sorry we cannot accept drop offs to the warehouse due to security and insurance. Free return shipping is included on all repairable items via USPS Flat Rate. If you require Overnight or Two Day shipping please call for shipping options and pricing.
Easy follow up tracking:
All items are tracked via a ticket number assigned to you at either the time you call in to register your item or when our shipping facilities receive the item. This allows you to follow the item as it goes through service. Please ship your items with a tracking number and unless you request otherwise all items are shipped back via USPS Flat Rate with tracking. At any time you can call in, email to check the status of your unit.
Security and Privacy:
We understand how sensitive your private information can be. We use a ticket tracking system so your name, address or phone number are never exposed to technicians working on your equipment. All items sent into our facility are held under our non-disclosure agreement and are never released to any third party or law enforcement agencies without a warrant. Items that are non-repairable are offered free recycling and data destruction performed to DOD standards at no cost to you. Data destruction certificates are available for only $25.00
